Why My Boss (still) Sucks.
it's her first management position, but she's well into her forties or fifties.
She's a terrible manager, she doesn't advise me, she doesn't include the staff , or delgates responsibilities but assumes we know what she wants us to do, she is really disorganized and comes to us to find email she sent or copies of something she needs at the same time that she remembers everything and will argue with you or tell you are wrong based on semantics or details, she doesn't keep us in the loop, personally she doesn't like me because she saw me roll my eyes and she thinks I try to tell her how to do her job, so will go days without speaking to me. My performance review was terrible. She gave me "meets expectations" but the executive director wrote that I wouldn't get "m.e." next time if I didn't improve. and graduate.

I could speak to the executive director but I don't like him very much either. he's passive agressive and sides with her. I think he thinks I should show more initiative to get along with her.
